The Supreme Yoga
Beyond the mountains of the mind,
Beyond all names mankind designed,
There flows a path both vast and bright,
The Supreme Yoga of inner light.
Not merely movement, breath, or pose,
Nor outward rituals one knows,
But the awakening deep within,
Where timeless truths have always been.
When restless thoughts begin to fade,
And silent stillness gently spreads,
The soul remembers what is true—
The Infinite lives inside you.
The body changes like the sea,
The mind drifts endlessly and free,
But deeper than the passing wave,
There shines the Self no death can claim.
The yogi walks through joy and pain,
Yet stays untouched by loss or gain,
For wisdom blooms where ego dies,
Like dawn unfolding in the skies.
The breath becomes a sacred song,
That guides the wandering heart along,
Through hidden doors of inner space,
Toward consciousness and boundless grace.
No temple walls can hold this flame,
No single creed, no earthly name,
For every star and every tree,
Reflects the same eternity.
The rivers chant, the winds reply,
The silent moon adorns the sky,
And nature whispers soft and slow:
“All life is One beneath the flow.”
The Supreme Yoga teaches this—
That bliss is not in things we miss,
But in the stillness we ignore,
The inner light forever pure.
When senses turn from outward chase,
The soul beholds its deathless face,
And all divisions disappear,
Consumed by consciousness so clear.
No “I,” no “you,” no fear remains,
No chains of sorrow, pride, or pain,
Only awareness vast and free,
Like endless sky above the sea.
The sages knew this sacred art,
The science of the silent heart,
Where every breath and every prayer
Reveals the Divine already there.
Through meditation’s tranquil fire,
The soul ascends forever higher,
Beyond illusion’s fleeting dream,
Into the One Eternal Being.
O seeker wandering through the night,
Searching for truth and hidden light,
The path you seek is not afar—
It shines within, your secret star.
The Supreme Yoga is the key,
To unlock immortality,
Not of the body born to fall,
But consciousness embracing all.
And when the final veil is gone,
The soul awakens like the dawn,
To know what ancient sages say:
The Self and God are One always.
