Patna Court Grants Bail to Rival Educator Raushan Anand; Alleges Brother Was Murdered in ‘Khan Sir Conspiracy’
Explosive allegations follow bail in coaching centre vandalism case; no evidence has yet been presented publicly to substantiate the claims
A Patna court has granted bail to educator Raushan Anand (popularly known as Raushan Sir), who was booked in connection with the alleged vandalism and stone-pelting incident at Khan Global Studies, the coaching institute run by educator Faisal Khan (Khan Sir).
Soon after securing bail, Raushan Anand made serious public allegations, claiming:
“My brother was murdered. It is Khan Sir’s conspiracy.”
He further alleged that Faisal Khan was responsible for his brother Prince Yadav’s death and demanded a narco-analysis test to establish what he described as the truth.
Background: Coaching Rivalry Turned Criminal Case
The controversy stems from a June 2 incident in Patna, where a group allegedly attacked and vandalized Khan Sir’s coaching centre. Property was damaged, and security personnel were reportedly assaulted. Police subsequently registered an FIR naming several accused, including Raushan Anand and his brother Prince Yadav.
The dispute is widely reported to have arisen from a rivalry between two coaching institutes over claims regarding students’ examination success and institutional reputation.
Prince Yadav’s Death in Nepal
The case took a dramatic turn when Prince Yadav, Raushan Anand’s younger brother and one of the accused in the vandalism case, was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a hotel in Biratnagar, Nepal. Authorities have stated that the cause of death is under investigation, and individuals who were reportedly with him have been questioned by Nepal Police.
At present, official investigators have not publicly concluded that Prince Yadav was murdered, nor have they publicly attributed responsibility to any individual.
Raushan Anand’s Allegations
Following his release on bail, Raushan Anand alleged that his brother’s death was the result of a conspiracy involving Khan Sir. He also called for scientific investigative measures, including a narco test, asserting that these would reveal the truth.
These are allegations made by Raushan Anand. As of now, no court or investigating agency has publicly established that Khan Sir was involved in Prince Yadav’s death.
Legal Status
- Raushan Anand has received bail in the vandalism-related case.
- Investigations into the June 2 coaching centre violence are continuing.
- The circumstances surrounding Prince Yadav’s death in Nepal remain under investigation, and authorities have not announced a final conclusion regarding the cause or responsibility.
The story has escalated from a coaching-centre rivalry into a high-profile criminal and political controversy. While Raushan Anand has publicly accused Khan Sir of conspiring in his brother’s death, these claims remain allegations, and there has been no official finding or judicial determination supporting them at this stage.
