Telangana Board of Intermediate Education announces results soon

The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) is scheduled to announce the TS Intermediate 1st and 2nd year results for 2025 today, April 22, 2025, at 12 noon. The results will be declared via a press conference at the TSBIE headquarters in Hyderabad and will be made available online immediately afterward.

Students who appeared for the Intermediate Public Examinations held in March 2025 can check their results on the official TSBIE websites: tsbie.cgg.gov.in and results.cgg.gov.in. Additionally, results will also be accessible on the Indian Express education portal at education.indianexpress.com.

To view the results, students need to enter their hall ticket number on the result portal. The online marksheet will display subject-wise marks, overall score, grade, and division. However, this digital marksheet is provisional; the original, authenticated marksheet will be issued by the respective junior colleges or schools a few days after the result announcement.

The exams were conducted from March 5-24 for 1st year and March 6-25 for 2nd year students.

Over 9.9 lakh students registered for the exams this year.

To pass, students must secure a minimum of 35% marks in each subject and overall. For visually or hearing-impaired candidates, the passing mark is 25%.

Last year (2024), the overall pass percentage was around 64.19% for 2nd year students, with girls outperforming boys (72.53% vs. 56.1% pass rate).

Supplementary exams will be conducted for students who do not pass, with registration details to be announced post-results.

Students can apply for revaluation online if dissatisfied with their results.

Students are advised to keep their hall tickets ready and to rely only on official sources for checking results to avoid misinformation.

The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education will release the 2025 Intermediate results today at noon, with results available online shortly after the official announcement, marking a significant event for nearly one million students across the state.
